Yesterday got 1 customer, from Indonesia or don know where wan, used credit cards to buy some clothes. After i gave him the receipt, he checked it & found that i overcharged him. Got 2 shirts(they r the same), he say it was $5 each. But the price tag is $13. So i go ask the menswear & she say it is $5. I then return to the counter & didnt know what to do. So i call her another senior who was free at that time for help. She then explain to that customer that she will like void the whole bill & then recharge again. He say cannot cos i already charge him lao. Then she explain again & again & he kept sayign the same thing again. then he finally last time say he also got 1 time like this happen. That cashier also says that he/she will do the same thing & rechanrge again. In the end, he was being charged twice. He say this card is an Indonesian debit card cannot do in thid way. So she call to someone else & say to return him in the form of credit vounchers. He say y must be in credit vounchers he don wan. So she call that someone again & i guess she also annoyed lao so say ok. After a long time, it was finally settled Aiyo actually the whole thing is not my fault/ its the menswear. I mean they didnt changed the price tag & yet when scanned lao, the com also never auto reduced till $5. Haiz...

Then to 5 mins b4 closing time, got another customer came to pay again. Cos if scanned lao, don have auto reduced wan, will paste a sticke like got how many further discount. But This tag don have. I was goin to scan another shirt when the customer ask y don have 50% discount. I was like pissed off again & thougth to myslf no menswear again. I go ask them & they say got. Haiz...kinda got twice men. Cant stand it men. Hope on 18/3 i go back to work this wont hppen again lol. Haiz...
